Detailed Description

used in class DistributionFromFiberSamples if we want to generate the properties of fibers from the existing fiber examples ,we should use this class the properties of fiber include length , radius and the curl they are stored in an array d[3],d[0]=length,d[1]=radius,d[2]=curl
